In-shop purchases
Fresh ice cream and beverages are made to order. If something is not right, please tell the shop team immediately and we will make it right where we can.
Cakes & catering
Custom cakes and catering are prepared to your brief. Cancellation or change requests should be sent as early as possible to dessert@ladycocophuket.com. Once production has started, deposits or payments may be non-refundable.
