What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message. We may also collect technical data such as IP address for spam protection and anonymous analytics page views.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, manage wholesale or cake requests, and improve the website. Contact submissions are stored in our database and synced to the OneBooking group dashboard. We send related emails via Resend.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, database, OneBooking) under appropriate safeguards.
